[200William-EC SP67851] Light Sensors Level 6

I have just received several emails regarding level 6 sensor lights.

The reason the sensor lights were put in is that we were trying to save on
the unnecessary expense of having lights on all day. We agreed on the same
for the lights in the main lobby on level E.

I recommend we continue to use sensor lights as it is unnecessary, with
only 3 people living on this level, to have both lights on all day in the
level 6 lobby.

Regards,
Craig Laforest

Dear Committee,

Could I please ask for a vote on the matter raised below by Craig?

Darren has advised Craig that the reason behind the sensor light on Level 6
not being deactivated was due to security/safety concerns.

Please advise if you agree with Darren’s comments and agree that the sensor
light should not be deactivated?

Kind regards,

Hello Patrick,

I am following up on my email below as I haven't heard from either Darren
or you regarding the matters I have outlined. In addition, I also sent a
text a week ago on October 20 to Darren asking him to respond to my
emails...............and to date no word.

Would you please advise me on the following matters below as soon as
possible. Is there a reason for the delay? I believe I have been very
patient in requesting some basic return information.

Thank you and regards,

Craig Laforest

Hello Darren and Patrick,

1. I have emailed twice to Darren regarding the light sensor on level 6
(please see below) and haven't received a response - see highlighted area
below. Would you please respond as soon as possible.

2. My storage cage has been completely emptied of its contents and if you
require access for an engineer and/or contractor to look at the water
penetration area, I have left the door open. Darren, I have ready for
collection, various items from the security cage. They include boxes of
CDs, a pallet and a blanket and have been placed outside on the Dowling
street entrance. I contacted Sydney Council today and they advised that
the property manager must call them in order to arrange collection (you'll
have to of course mention that the items are on the Dowling St side of our
building). FYI, their phone number is 9265 9333. Kindly call them asap as
pick up of garbage has to be called through by 12 noon tomorrow.

3 I will be travelling overseas from tomorrow night through November 15 and
can only be contacted via email (craigstephenlaforest at gmail.com) or by text
to 0409 323 585.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible regarding points 1.
and 2. above.

Thank you and regards,
Craig Laforest

Hello Darren,

At a time when we're trying to save on the expenses I find it quite strange
that some residents are requesting the lights stay on?

Who are these "some residents" as I was not consulted in the decision
process. And what security/safety concerns are you referring to please?

Thanks and regards,

Craig Laforest

Hello Craig,

We received a request a few months back to deactivate the sensor on that
level due to security/safety concerns raised by some residents. The request
was granted on those grounds.

Kind regards,
