Hi All,
  Welcome to a new year with the 200 William EC. We have a challenging 
year ahead thank you all for volunteering to help us out.

I have added Robin and Craig to the list. If you want to contact the EC 
please email ec at 200william.com for your email to be sent to the group.

  I will be removing the old EC web site which stored all the bits of 
info I have accumulated as secretary over the last 5 years. I will pass 
all that info onto Patrick so he can put it on their new EC portal. As 
such I will not be changing the password this year.

To outstanding BMC matters. Once Patrick gets more info the outstanding 
issue with the BMC i suggest we have an EC meeting and decided on a 
position we wish to take with the commercial strata. As i said at the 
meeting i believe Andrew is in a position to negotiate. It just depends 
on if we wish to do that or proceed directly to perhaps expensive 
professional advice stage.

Thanks again for your support and I will keep you informed as soon as i 
have more detail from Patrick.
