Hi All,
I have since done a company search on Andrew Veron's proposed building
management company. It appears that Andrew himself owns that company
and is the sole director. I also have discovered a contract between the
Residential Strata and BFMS for 24 months that was executed in November
2015. Technically the building manager should be done in the BMS not
the individual Strata's However as it appears that that was done anyway.
We would need to keep it that way for 24 month's.
Can I get a quick show of hands for approval to tell Andrew Veron that
we re-visit in 20 months.
