Hello Patrick,

 

You mentioned during our phone conversation on Thursday June 23, 2016 that you had just received a report from the Managing Director of Strata Engineering, Wayne Costin, regarding the water penetration onto my property from level 7, and that you would forward this report to the EC immediately.

 

I still have not received a copy of this report.  When will this be made available?  The water penetration is an order from the Strata Tribunal to be repaired from two years ago. I have to live with it daily – you don’t.

The cost of the storage cages are $45.00 per month and these are charge to the Owners levy account.


The cages on P3 are starting with 3 and the ones on P4 begin with a 4.


Can you please advise agreement by John in writing and which cage you have provided him so that I can keep a record of this?

 

Note that the resident must provide their own padlock!

Hopefully I will be back by the beginning of July if that is ok. The table is against the wall and does not impede parking, in fact it is hardly visible when my car is parked there. I am a resident of 200 William St Woolloomooloo, a property you manage. We received a notice advising that belongings cannot be stored in parking spaces. I have a table in my parking space against the wall which is no impediment to other residents. However, if I need to move it can you advise the cost of a storage cage and can I have a couple of weeks to remove it as I am on a project in Canberra this month.
