Hi Matt,
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find the spreadsheet with details of which cage belongs to which Lot (resident).
I know which Owners are currently being charged for storage cages but not which storage cage they are making use of. Is there any way you could assist with this and also provide a copy of the contract that is required to be signed when leasing the storage cages out?

Oh Patrick one more thing i neglected to tell you there was a license agreement for the cage rental that i made up. Do you have a copy of that for the tenant. If not I will see if I can dig it out.

Can you please advise agreement by John in writing and which cage you have provided him so that I can keep a record of this?

Hopefully I will be back by the beginning of July if that is ok. The table is against the wall and does not impede parking, in fact it is hardly visible when my car is parked there. I am a resident of 200 William St Woolloomooloo, a property you manage. We received a notice advising that belongings cannot be stored in parking spaces. I have a table in my parking space against the wall which is no impediment to other residents. However, if I need to move it can you advise the cost of a storage cage and can I have a couple of weeks to remove it as I am on a project in Canberra this month.
