[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - URGENT Application for Directions Hearing at NCAT by Owner of Unit 601

Dear Committee,

I have received the attached directions hearing request by NCAT (Fair Trading NSW).

The application was submitted by the Owner of Unit 601.

Craig, can you please explain to the other Committee members why you feel you have had to apply to NCAT, when an Engineer has been engaged and an inspection is currently being organised with Darren, the Building Manager, the Engineer and a builder to water test and attempt to locate the source of the water ingress? See attached email!@

I believe that there is no need for the hearing but in any case, I would advise the Owners Corporation to obtain legal advice and request an adjournment until such advice has been reviewed?

Darren, can you please confirm if the inspection date has been confirmed and if so when this is?
