[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Engineers Report for Water Issues for Unit 601 & 602

Im pretty confident it's water. ULP would smell. It doesn't. It's not
from the tank. It's just using the cavity created by the tank as a water
course from the overspray of the wet walls.
