[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Engineers Report for Water Issues for Unit 601 & 602

I think that's a bit of a stretch. It's a chicken and egg thing. If the 
tank wasn't there the ramp would have been constructed differently. It 
would have been pored as part of the slab instead of on top.  The 
problem exists because of the construction technique used as a knock on 
to the requirement for the tank.  200 William was built with Avis as a 
partner as they occupied the site prior to the buildings construction.

But it's a long bow to say it's caused by the tank.   If that's the 
reason your thinking of getting the engineer it would be a stretch. Im 
still of the belief we can get a couple of quotes from plumbers and cut 
in a drain fixing the problem for ever with the least cost to the strata.
