Can we get other members of the committee to agree to go ahead with Wayne
Costin's report as soon as possible please?   This matter is an order from
the Tribunal and the sooner we act on this the better.  There is more damage
accumulating daily.

 Thanks for the update. I suggest as this is an order from the tribunal that
we go ahead with the recommendations from the engineer.
