Hi William & Lee,
Please see attached a request from Craig, the Owner of Unit 601 about the poor workmanship that has been completed resulting in more water ingress than before the Tribunal Orders.
Can you please organise an inspection and have the work undertaken as per the orders under warranty or if not under warranty, another contractor will need to be selected but the Owners Corporation should not pay for the initial repairs?
Please advise when contact has been made with Craig, the Lot Owner and when the inspection and repairs will be undertaken?
