[200William-EC SP67851] Fwd: Marquis | December Building Manager Report

Hi Patrick,
 I noticed on the current building management report an included invoice for $2580 from "complete strata" for wheel clamping. This is an outrages amount for clamping a wheel. Also a check of this company appears to indicate that is's owner is Emily Miller the same owner that owned the defunct company that billed us for rectifications that were not authorised and did not even exist.


Will STM be refunding this money also. Can we get a full explanation of that's going on here. It appears to the outsider that there is a fraud going on here.
