In addition to my earlier comments I would like a face to face meeting with the management of the new building organisation to clarify their responsibilities and what they can further do for our strata. One specific example is their responsibility to ensure accounts tendered for work done by the various trades is genuine and has been completed properly prior to handing over to STM for payment. In other words to ensure fraudulent invoices don't get through, which we have recently seen.
