 Building air con update. Seems that we survived the hottest day with the
building air con working normally. Big Thanks to Darrin for an excellent
pick of contractor who didnt give up.

The air con has been restored the engineer isolated the fault to the biocide
pump which he has isolated until it can be repaired. 

Big thanks to Darren that found a good aircon guy that worked well into the
night on the eve of the holidays to sort this out. 

Note that some users may need to reset there condenser unit at the isolator
before it will work normally again.
