Dear EC

I totally agree with the
comments of Matt.

The report from Strata
Engineering is superficial, specifically items A, B and C are insignificant and
mere padding to a report with a conclusion lacking any material evidence. Consideration
has not been given to other possibilities and or opinions as to the cause of
this issue without having to expend body corporate funds unnecessarily, as was
the case with level 7.

Matts suggestion seeking input
from other persons/contractors is worth exploration.

Brook

I'm. No hydraulic engineer but I don't believe they could be
any more wrong.

The water is coming  from the blue metal surrounds in
the wet wall and penetrating beneath the driveway slab in the expansion joint
between the driveway ramp and the underlining slab. It's then following to the
lowest point toward the sump where the scourge pumps are. On the other side of
the car spaces effected.

Now I could be wrong and I understand that these engineers
seem to do lots of expensive investigation that seems to always point at things
we already  knew. As was the case on level 7

Darren could you offer any input as to if the above
Situation was discussed with engineers as George and I discussed 2 years ago.
If not can we discuss that with them before we spend yet more money we don't
have. On testing that just tells us what we already know. I don't want t to
spend money on a useless and wrong repair as we did last time with nothing more
then a whoops sorry form the Engineers.

Matt

Dear
Committee,

Please see attached the report from Strata Engineering Solutions in relation to
the water pooling in the car park area that is damaging resident’s items in
their car spaces and storage areas.

Can
you please review the attached report and confirm you are happy to proceed with
the recommendations of further flood testing and the installation of a floor
waste, which ay also require floor levelling?
