[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Report Pooling of Water in the Car Park

Sounds like most are not interested. I guess might be best to do a paper 
meeting to agree to the expenditure. Can we get an idea at least of what 
the cost will be for the testing before we vote. My comments not 
withstanding Im happy for some expenditure to investigate. But lets not 
give them an open cheque.
