[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Window & Internal Water Damage Repairs Quote for Approval for Multiple Lots

Dear Committee,

Please see attached a quote summary for the window and internal water damage repairs to Units 403, 503, 301 & 602.

Usually, the internal damages may be covered by the property insurance policy but due to the recommended quote being lower than the excess a claim could not be made.

Can you please confirm if you agree with the attached summary and recommendation from BFMS?
