Please see attached the Schedule 3 Executive Committee Meeting for the 22/08/2016 to call an Extraordinary General Meeting for various items.

This requires you to review the documentation sent to you and to fill out the proxy form and send back to me via email on your decision. If you are unable to fill out the proxy form please just email me back with your decision on each motion.



Can I please ask Darren to place a copy of the front page of the agenda on the notice board or somewhere in the common property as per the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996.



Please make sure to email me with either the front 2 pages of the agenda or an email confirming your decision on each motion by 10:00am on the 22/08/2016.
