That's a majority of 4 out of 6. Im sure Ed would have no problem also but I know he is busy and sometimes takes a few days to respond to email. I think it's fine for Robin to go ahead and use visitor parking until the water problem is resolved.

Hi Darren/Patrick
Thanks for your help in progressing the works for the water issue in my car spot/basement.As it has recently gotten worse I have moved my car (last night) to one of the visitor spots. I just can't have it sitting on top of that water any longer - I know this will cause some inconvenience but am hoping that the works will soon be complete. To ease some of the burden I have arranged to park at the local BMW dealership from this Sunday until the following weekend.
Could you please ensure that my car is not clamped. It is a black BMW Z4 - rego CG-10-VW.
