Thank you for the approval, I have advised Strata Engineering Solutions and Cutler & Wright to proceed with the water testing and to then provide a specification for the required repairs as well as the pooling of water repairs in the basement car park.

This matter is urgent, particularly as the Directions Hearing is set for Wednesday 7th September at 9:30am and all request for adjournment have be denied as attached.

Hi Patrick,
Please find attached the quote to undertake the flood testing by Cutler and Wright at the addressed above. We normally undertake PM work at hourly rates. I would envisage at least 1 inspection during the Cutler and Wright testing and a bit of correspondence (email, phone).

I would estimate during this part of the work a site inspection (allowance for 1) and project management (3-4 hours) would cost approximately $1,350.

Let me know if you would like to proceed with the testing and project management.
