[200William-EC SP67851] Security System

Hi All,

Darren has been working very hard on fixing up the security system.  
Attached is his proposal document.

It looks like the price is going to be around $6k to get it all working 
again. As this is off budget. I suggest we add this to the Special Levy 
to be voted on at the EGM. We just need to discus which option I will 
summarize.

Option 1 - Repair existing system. $ 6193.00

Option 2 - Replace existing system with an upgraded one but keep 
existing readers $6306

Option 3 - Replace existing system and add remote control capability for 
garage door $7274 (note users would need to by there own remotes at a 
cost of $50) Building will not supply.


Would you all indicate which option you would like to go with and I will 
add it to the agenda for the paper meeting.

Just a reminder we need to pick one of these options. The current system 
is broken and no new users can be added or removed until we fix it.
