Hi All and thanks Brook for your reply.
Attached is the propose Special By-Law that would go some way to
legitimize the works done by many many owners within their lots.
I would ask that you consider it for inclusion in the upcoming EGM.
Could you also please indicate if you are happy with the proposed agenda
for the EC meeting. We have water ingress to people's lots and orders
from the tribunal to compete. We should be able to schedule this
meeting as soon as we get the engineer's report so there is no delay in
raising the Special levy and begin the work's. It's unfair to owners
to drag these issues out.
