Dear Committee,

Please see the below email from Strata Engineering Solutions (Costin-Roe) and attached quote from Cutler & Wright, remedial builder to carry out the water testing and provide a full specification for the required repairs to the Level 6 & 7, where the re is a water ingress issue.

The attached quote form Cutler & Wright is for $6,900.00 + GST for the testing and identification of the issue and an approximate cost for Strata Engineering Solutions is for $1,350.00 + GST for the site inspection and project management.

Can you please review the below and attached and advise if you are happy to proceed with the required testing?

Hi Patrick,
Please find attached the quote to undertake the flood testing by Cutler and Wright at the addressed above. We normally undertake PM work at hourly rates. I would envisage at least 1 inspection during the Cutler and Wright testing and a bit of correspondence (email, phone).

I would estimate during this part of the work a site inspection (allowance for 1) and project management (3-4 hours) would cost approximately $1,350.
