Hi Brook,
The meeting agenda is required to be sent out 15 days prior to the meeting as per the statutory requirement and this means that I cannot therefore send out an agenda for a meeting earlier than 12th May 2016.
I understand the AGM is required but as the BMC budget is yet to be approved, the AGM for SP 67851 will need to be held when you return.
Can you please advise a preferred date when you would like to hold the AGM when you return that suits all other Committee Members?

This advice is to confirm that the Annual General Meeting of SP 67851 will be held in the foyer of Marquis 200 William Street Woolloomooloo on Wednesday 11th May 2016 commencing at 6.30 pm.
Strata Title Management is directed to comply with the statutory requirements of notification of the AGM to all interested parties including the agenda and financial data prior to this AGM and in the possible absence of their representation at this meeting.

The BMC Annual Meeting could not have been held until after the financial year end of 29/02/2016 and I have not attended a BMC Meeting since taking the property over in December 2015.
The BMC Meeting held late last year, before I took over the management of the property was for the year ending 28/02/2015!
