The BMC Annual Meeting will need to be held before SP 67851's meeting so as to set the budget for the coming year.

I will be proposing to organise this BMC Meeting with an email in the next few days and a date can then be set for SP 67851's AGM, therefore meaning the meeting cannot be held on the below requested dates.
