Hi George, as per phone conversation the date would be Saturday 28th
November 2015. We would love the use of the top of the building from
1700hrs-2200hrs only. No loud music or children will be present. All we
would ask for is use of the barbeque. We will use our own couple of tables
for food to be placed on. We will discard all rubbish at the end of the
night in our facility in the building and ensure the area is as we found it.
