Good morning Pia

It has been over a week since the vehicle in the car park had been clamped.

I have tried contacting the resident to no avail. The resident text me shortly after (attached). I don't agree with the excuse as the vehicle had been there all day after we had issued several warnings weeks prior.

I would believe this matter needs to be taken up with the managing agent as the resident is unlikely to pay the $1400 initial fee and $200 per day after.
