Thanks Pia,
  Could we all please return out voteing papers prior to the meeting. 
Note that we do not need to attend this meeting it's a "Paper Only" 
meeting.
The Meeting is to ratify the ongoing agreement with George back into a 
contracted agreement to manage the building.
