Good Afternoon All,

Please see below email received from Mr Laforest:

Hello Pia,
I continue to experience electrical surges in various parts of my apartment.  Please advise the body corporate that unless they have some company monitor this asap, I will have no other course than to take them to arbitration.  I also have a witness to the whole problem as well.
You may also advise the body corporate that this is not a new situation, that it has affected my apartment for some time and also I believe Ed's apartment on level 2.  I await their decision.
