Hi All,
  I spoke to the new strata manger today. He seems nice enough but a bit 
flat out given his work load increase. He does not thing we will get an 
EGM before Christmas So It's unlikely the intercom will be fixed before 
them. Im just nutting out the details now of the EGM then we will get it 
to you.
