I met with Rod Smith (GM NSW - STM) and Mandy Huang (Strata Accountant) today. We are getting a new Mgr. He is related to the owners and has worked there for 3.5yrs. Mandy has she he is good. Hopefully he is. 

They are providing more reports to us and The GM is re-engaging Engineering Solutions to re-run the BMC and Resi sinking fund reports. So this might be a win. 

I will report back once I have the details.
