Good morning Service

Over the last 2 weeks we have experienced  a number of repeated issues with the lifts.


-          On two separate occasions residents trapped in the lift

-          Both lifts parked on P4 with their doors opening and closing. Again last night.

-          Lift 1 sitting on level 1 with doors open last night

-          Lift 1 sitting on G level with doors open Saturday night

Could you please arrange for your technical team to investigate and rectify please. Please keep me posted on progressing matters.
