[200William-EC SP67851] Informal EC meeting

HI All, 
Don't forget we have an informal EC meeting scheduled for Monday at 6.30 pm. Proposed location is the roof but if the weather is to bad we can retire to the foyer. 

There is no fixed agenda as it's an informal meeting but the idea is we can discuss NYE arrangements for this year as a view to then have a follow up paper meeting once we have an idea of what the motions should be. 

George and Pia can also give us an update of the many many going on's in the building including off budget issues with the intercom and security access system as well as an update on the painting. 

It's also an opportunity to welcome new owned Cathy and Ken from 602 to the building whom have shown an interest in NYE arrangements.
