Dear Resident,

Please be advised that intermittent failures are occurring with the intercom system but isolated to the lifts only.

Currently the intercom handset in your apartment will release the doors throughout the building, though will not release lift access to allow visitors up to your level.

Therefore you will be required to meet and collect your visitor at the entry point from where they contacted you.

We apologies for this inconvenience and we will update you on having this rectified.
