Good Afternoon all

Please find attached the report. In summary;

Option 1 is to remove the course of bricks and retro fit a flashing. This is a complex matter as scaffolding and hording will be required.
Option 2 install an external flashing above the extended slab which has already been installed and tested without ingress of water into 104.

Job done.
