Matt has advised there will be an AGM on April 2nd. Dave and i will still be owners on that date. The exchange on our apartment will not take place until April 7th.
Therefore, any correspondence relating to owners regarding the AGM should still be directed to us.
We have not yet seen the agenda. If it has been done, could you please forward to both Dave and I. If not completed yet, when it is, would you please send to us within the legally required time-frame. .

Please find attached quotations and the brokers recommendation for the upcoming Insurance for this building.
Honan recommends placing cover with the incumbent insurer, QUS Pty Ltd for the upcoming period.
QUS have recently announced QUS Strata Insurance will now be underwritten by AIG for all policies incepting from 1 December (previously WR Berkley). With this announcement a new policy wording has been launched for risks incepting from 1 December 2014.
Attached for your information is the new policy wording and a fact sheet on the changes, we suggest you should familiarise yourself with same. Honan have reviewed the wording and are pleased to confirm the changes are improvements and extensions of the current cover provided.
Please find attached quotations and the brokers recommendation for the upcoming Insurance for this building.
