Good Afternoon Resident
It would appear after a festive period or long weekend we are inundated with complaints about refuse being discarded over balconies, particularly cigarette butts.
We take this opportunity to remind you that apart from your health, cigarette butts are more dangerous when flicked than when held between your fingers as they are fuelled by oxygen through mid air causing a hotter butt. And once the butt lands on a flammable material, i.e. your neighbours $1500 lounge, the material ignites causing a fire which may result in a fatality or serious accident.
Please consider your neighbours by disposing your butts in an ashtray on your balcony.
