[200William-EC SP67851] Wash bay and BMC.

Previously EC members have expressed a desire and some anger over Robs decision to give away the wash bay. I must admit every time I have had a chance to wash my car in the last 6 months they have been using it.

The fact is they have been granted this bay as a park spot. There is no requirement for them to move on request.

My email was simply to get a position prior to my meeting with the commercial strata if the consensus is to leave the status quo. I'm happy to go with the majority. I see my roll as representing the EC to the BMC my own feelings about these matters are largely irrelevant.
