Matt,

I believe we should leave the Pack & Save parking as it is and simply ask for them to move the van if we need to wash a car. Noting that they only stay there during the work week and between work hours. I have done this and they were more than happy to do so. 

One of the major things that makes the building work for residents is that we have 5 visitor parking spots. 

We cannot give one of these up. We pay the strata fees for these and it is for our benefit.
