Hi All,
The BMC meeting is coming up soon and we still have the outstanding
issue with the wash bay. The fact's are as follows.
The wash bay is being used for parking by Pack and Send with the
permission of the BMC.
The BMC owns the wash bay.
Rob Agreed (as BMC rep) to allow pack and send to use the wash bay for
parking. (yes i know he didnt ask us. He did it anyway)
BMC decisions need to be unanimous. (both commercial strata and resi
strata need to agree)
Its likely the commercial strata rep will not agree to withdraw
permission for pack and send to park in the wash bay without incentive.
I propose that we offer the commercial strata a compromise to get the
wash bay back. I propose that in exchange for withdrawing permission for
P&C to park in the wash bay that we offer them the following.
Pack and send can park in the visitor spot that's hard to get to (the
one slightly around the corner not with the main row that are together )
Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm
We will label that spot Pack & Send.
Pack and send can use the spot until the end of their current lease
where it will revert to being a normal visors spot.
Visitors can use the spot during over flow out side 7-6 Monday - Friday.
This proposal gets us the spot back. I dont believe The Commercial rep
will agree to giving it back the wash bay without a like spot in
return. He will simply disagree and we will not have a wash bay. I dont
know about you but I want to wash my car. This is the only way I see to
do it.
I will try to negotiate a better deal. But I see the above as the last
thing we have on the table to the the wash back back. Please dont jump
up and down. We need to be productive with this. Rob did what he did for
his own reasons His gone now. Lets move on and get a wash bay back.
Matt.
