Good afternoon Payal
1. We can possibly review the CCTV. Do you have specific days?
2. Can you identify the apartment which you believe the prostitutes live in. If they are creating a disturbance from the apartment we can action this. Any matters on the street should be called through to Police. The more presence of Police the more likely of having control.
3. Please contact William 0488 388 313 our facilities manager before you become unavailable who will arrange a mutal time before 15th June to register your keys. We have experienced a high turn over of tenants and have brought the registry forward.
I hope this assists with your queries.

Good morning George
I live in 200 William Street. I am writing for the following reasons:
1. Lately, at odd hours of the morning (e.g. 4am), someone unknown to me is buzzing my apartment number. This is causing me to wake in the middle of the night - is there a way of seeing who this is on CCTV and making it stop? Like everyone else in this building, I pay a lot of money in rent and expect a basic level of privacy.
2. I am aware that because of the location of Marquis, there are a number of prostitutes that live in the building and stand at the entrances of the building on a nightly basis. That of itself is not an issue for me. However, lately they are causing raucous, yelling, singing, screaming and causing significant noise disturbances until early hours of the morning. As I live on a lower floor, this is causing me great concern - what can be done about this besides calling the police / making noise complaints? Again, as per point 1, given how much I pay in rent, I would expect that at least late at night, in spite of the location, there are not noise disturbances of this nature within the premises i.e. under the awnings of the building right below my apartment window.
3. I note that there will be another "annual" security key registration on 15 June 2015. I will not be available (nor can anyone else be there to assist me) to have my fob key physically registered on that day, but can send through the required form in advance. In any event, I note that the last security key registration was just done on 19 August 2014. Should this not be an "annual" occurrence, as per your letters?
I look forward to hearing from you in relation to the above.
Regards
Payal Mahindroo
