Good morning Pia,

Hope you had a great weekend.

Just to let you know that I met with William (George Ziri's assistant manager) and your engineer last week and we reviewed everything outside and inside my apartment.

I have asked William to contact George Ziri to ask him to come out to my property asap as what is proposed to take the water away from where it is dripping down from above could potentially be very ugly on my terrace.  The engineer and William agreed.  George needs to see this for himself.  The aesthetics of the building are also very important as part of the repairs.

Would you kindly liaise with George Ziri (and William) to get this organized as soon as possible and if there is a member of the Body Corporate who needs to also see the water problem, I am very open to this happening.  I want to get the works completed asap.
