We have just purchased the above unit and we settle on 21st August.
We are new to units and body corporates/strata etc, so please let me know if I leave anything out or if we need to handle anything els.
*Moving
Date: 21st August 2015
I have contacted George, he mentioned that we can not use the Downing Street entrance of the building to load in.
Can you please confirm this - as not being able to use this entrance will make moving very tricky.
We will be using professional removalists.
Could you please provide the clearance of the carpark, thank you.
Will you notify other tenants or the move date or do we need to?
We will confirm time soon.
*Foxtell
We have been informed that the foxtell service is not up to date in the building and we are wondering if that is correct?
We have been informed that we can not use the service to record, fast forward etc.. only just watch tv.
*Pets
We would like to apply to the Executive Committee/Owners Corporation for approval to have our pets .
