Good afternoon Craig

I have coordinated for three contactors to inspect the planter box wall at the following times next Tuesday 28 July 2015.

Please provide access
7.30am - Robertson Painting
8.00am - Dukes Painting
8.30am - To be confirmed

William will accompany the contractors during each of the inspections.

I have allowed each contractor 7 days to submit their quotations. I should have the summaries and recommendation to the EC as soon as possible thereafter.

Good afternoon Craig

Please see below the process on the matter relating to the efflorescence above your balcony.

Once we arrange to short list three contractors William will advise you of the day. Would you have a preferred day during the week as inspections will take place at three separate times being 7.30am, 8.00am and 8.30am.

I'm certain 602 will fit in on the preferred day otherwise they may leave me a key.

I await your reply.

Good afternoon all

After first agreeing with the engineer that a drip tray would be suffice to eliminate the concern I have since reinspected the wall of 602 and confirm otherwise. Please note that 602 as a more significant occurrence than the wall on 601.

The installation of a drip tray will collect the residue though the position of it will be compromised during rain periods. Therefore the engineer has since authored a scope to repair the superficial cracks that have occurred and the application of an elastomeric coating.

It was first thought that the sunshade structure would need to be removed so that the repair of the horizontal joint can also be repaired however from my inspection today I confirm that the shade clears the joint. This will obviously be confirmed by each of the submissions we receive.

I will be arranging for three contractors to inspect 601 and 602 back to back one morning to expedite the submission process.

Please note that this isn't a quick and simple process between the inspections and discussions with the engineer. Our aim to ensure the scope will achieve the objective at the most minimal costs to the Owners Corporation.

I will forward this email to the owners of 601 and 602 and coordinate the access through our facilities manager.

Hey Will

I had a look at the 602 wall and a drip tray won't do the work.

I have asked the engineer to revise the scope to work around the sun shade structure.

Would you please obtain 3 quotes please. As soon as you can as 601 is applying pressure on us and threatening NCAT again.

Perhaps arrange the three contractors in the one day to look at 601 and 602 back to back. 7.30am, 8.00am and 8.30am.
