Thanks George,
 I would be interested in knowing how the glass panel was cracked. The EC take a dim view of people that damage common property. As this owner has had a previous  admission of guilt in regard to damaging common property. If we could get a report on this it would be good.

The engineer is looking into the drip tray installation. He has been busy and will give priority to this.

The water proofer, Tony Teseriro has not been available to test the area above the apartment. We are proposing to test the area on Wednesday 8 July, and have left a message for the owner to confirm availability.

To the EC of "Marquis,"

Would you please provide me with an update as soon as possible regarding certain aspects in my apartment and also note some additional points:

1.Further to the order by Arbitration to have my balcony water leaks repaired, would you please advise me a schedule of when repairs will commence.  A month ago, I asked William for George Ziri to look at the scope of the work and to visit my apartment and apartment 602 which has the same balcony water problem. William has reported nothing back to me about either apartment being visited by George. In order to reduce costs, it is essential that both apartments are completed at the same time instead of having two sets of works done.


I recommend George now look at the works because of the timing issue which has gone on for many months (and his assistant seems to be struggling with this) and also to ensure that an aesthetically pleasing product is used to maintain the building in a luxurious manner.  To date, I haven't heard from George.


2. Two weeks ago I alerted William that water was dripping into my bedroom from the ceiling after recent rain storms.  Would you please have investigations on this matter made as soon as possible as once again, this important matter has been delayed.



3. I have a cracked glass panel on my balcony which I would like to have replaced please.


Finally, as an owner I am very interested in whatever is decided at any of the EC meetings. Would you kindly ensure that a copy of the minutes are placed in the notice board on G level, by George Ziri or his assistant, each time the minutes are completed.
