We need an engineers report and a scope on how to properly fix it. I cant see the tribunal ruling any other way. Perhaps we should just wait for the orders.

OK, thanks for the update Pia, do we know when the owner is back? Coincidentally, it is obvious the "water issue" isn't be too bad while the owner is away! It would be good if you could update us on your progress with the owner as it happens, especially now as he has taken Tribunal action.

Job # 1338/BBQ on roof terrace: Now that this has been replaced, is there an on-going maintenance program in place? Also, what is the procedure for any resident wanting to use the BBQ?
