Good Morning All

 

In conjunction with the strata manager we have put the HVAC service to
tender.

 

Attached is the summary of the submissions received in December.

 

You will find a slight difference in price between Sharp and Voyage Air. We
have not used the services of Voyage and believe the current services by
Sharp Cooling are satisfactory and recommend continuing with Sharp Cooling.
However the appointment is at the Executive Committees discretion.
