Being an old advertising man, I think perhaps we could talk them up a bit more? Perhaps just a bit more detail about size and minimum terms etc etc. I am happy to re-write.
Pia, can you confirm if we are eligible to charge GST? If so, it should be indicated that the price is $45 + GST.

Pia. Can you go ahead a prepare a circular to residents & owners "advertising" that cages are now available. If you like I will pop them under residents doors and if you could mail agents and owners. Do you want to do the allocation & Registration of cages (with George managing keys) If not Im happy to do it. I have setup an email alias of storage at 200william.com<mailto:storage at 200william.com> that you can use on your circular which currently Pia so that we can keep a static address for cage issues.

Job # 1338/BBQ on roof terrace: Now that this has been replaced, is there an on-going maintenance program in place? Also, what is the procedure for any resident wanting to use the BBQ?
