Good Afternoon Resident

Please be advised that urgent works to the level 1 south east facade (Cnr William and McElhone St) will be carried out from 7am on Friday 27 February 2015.

Once repairs have been carried out, the contractor will inspect a number of areas of the facade.

Access for both tasks will be by rope (abseiling) from level 7 and will only affect the South side (William Street) of the building.  Please ensure your blinds are closed should you require privacy.
