Hi there Matt, Brook, Andrew, Ed, Barney, 

On Saturday, Dave and I sold  at auction the apartment #501 as well as the car park. Settlement will take place in the first weeks of April. 

Therefore, in the interests of transparency, please accept this email as our resignation ( both Dave and I ) from all executive positions with the Executive Committee. 

As you are all aware, we have both been members of the EC since the buildings inception and therefore have a lot of historical knowledge. Should you require any of our files we would be happy to hand them over to the EC.
