I am in receipt of your email below.
Please note that I had to take the water penetration on my terrace and into my kitchen through mediation and then adjudication.  I will not allow any temporary repairs to be made to my apartment until the office of adjudication have advised me of the outcome of their decision, regarding any repairs.
